Each original piece is handcrafted with care, using high-quality watercolor and genuine gold or copper foil.
By purchasing from Madame Matita, you are acquiring the artwork for personal enjoyment only. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of the image in any form is not permitted.
The prices shown are in Euros.

Each piece and item is sold individually unless stated otherwise.
Payment method of your choosing.
Once your payment has been received, your order will be prepared and shipped to the address you provided
Taxes Prices include 21% VAT (BTW) for orders within the Netherlands and the EU.
For orders outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.Shipping charges are not included in the product price and will vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. These costs will be calculated and charged at checkout.
Tracked shipping is included with all deliveries.
Shipping costs start at the following rates:
EU zone: € 12
USA: € 35
Dominican Republic: €42 (for fast delivery) or € 30 (for normal delivery).
Returns: Because each item is made or prepared individually, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
The item arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@madamematita.com, including:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item
If the return is approved, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping costs if applicable.
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
If your order cannot be fulfilled and no suitable replacement is available
If the returned item meets the conditions stated above
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error or damage.
Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
All orders are shipped with tracking. If your package appears lost or is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Refunds for lost parcels will only be issued if the carrier confirms the package cannot be delivered.
